The food will be prepared by two East Bay friends, Emily Chen and Melanie Hayden, who met taking Thai cooking classes and traveling to Thailand with the cooking chef. Over the decade of classes, they learned how to prepare over 200 authentic Thai recipes, many which are too labor intensive or specialized to be on most Thai restaurant menus.

Beyond the amazing food, there will also be a discussion of each dish’s ingredients and its special preparation/cooking technique.
